with satisfactory evidence that all Subcontractors meet the same requirements as listed herein prior to commencement of any work by those subcontractors. Any deductions or self insured retention shall be eliminated as respects the CITY, its officers agents, employees, elected and appointed boards. 3.14 Additional Services and Emergency Projects Project Review. 7-H shall, at the direction of CITY, review and make recommendations on CITY projects in relation to Wastewater Systems. 7-H shall be paid on time and materials basis separate from this AGREEMENT for these services. Emergency and Force Account Projects. 7-H shall, at the direction of the CITY, perform and complete emergency and special projects that may arise at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, Waste Spray Field Systems and the Sewer Collections Systems including the upgrading of pumping stations when required.. Payment shall be made to 7-H for such services out of the City's Sewer Connection Fee Revenue Fund, separately from this AGREEMENT. Cost for emergency projects shall be negotiated by the City and 7-H as the emergency occurs. Cost for current special projects are listed on Attachment "C" to this Agreement. 3.15 Billing. 7-H shall itemize all billings to CITY for work performed under paragraph 3.14 of the AGREEMENT. All billings shall include applicable invoices, material receipts and labor and equipment hours. 4.0 CITY'S DUTIES The CITY shall be responsible for the following payment. 4.1 Payment. The CITY shall be responsible for the following payment schedule made to 7-H effective January 25, 2000 Base Annual Lump Sum Contract Cost: CITY shall pay to 7-H as compensation for the services monthly, at a rate of one twelfth of the Base Annual Lump Sum Contract Cost, payable on the fifteenth day of each month for which service is to be rendered.
