It is <br />recommended that you contact the responsible agencies for assistance in fulfilling the Conditions of <br />Approval_ The Final Map is to be submitted to the County Surveyor (Jeff Lund, 468-3049) through the Public <br />Services Division of the Department of Public Works. <br />For your convenience, a copy of the Improvement Plan/Subdivision Review Checklist is enciosed.
