Weber Ave., Third Floor Stockton, CA 95202 RE: Castello Estates SU-99-1 Dear Ray: C \\ntr On June 6,2000 a meeting was held at R.W.Q.C.B. in Sacramento for the purpose of obtaining clarification of the conditions necessary to complete the application for a Waste Water Discharge. Such request by R.W.QC.B. was dated May 17, 2000- However, I did not receive until June 1, 2000. Mike Huggins was also sent a copy of said document. In attendance at the June 6th meeting were Wendy Wyels and Tim O'Brien representing R.W.Q.C.B., Lloyd Hedenland, Sr. and Alan Thompkins representing the waste water contractor, 71-I, and myself re-presenting W.D.O., Inc. A copy of the application prepared by 711 was given to Mike Huggins on April 7, 2000. Accordingly, Mike was assisting 71-1 and the applicant, W.D.O., Inc., in a dialogue with R.W.Q.C.B. Subsequent to the June 6th meeting and more specifically on June 7th, 8th, and 9th, 71-land W.D.O., Inc. placed calls to Mike regarding the three issues requiring a response from San Joaquin County Environmental[ Health. The calls were not answered and I have now been informed that Mike will be on vacation until July 24th. Of the 84 conditions imposed on this project by the Planning Commission, 83 have been resolved leaving cfrdy the issue of waste water requiring resolution. The applicant, W.D.O., Inc. has critical time constrains regarding the completion of the application and subsequent recording of the subdivision map and hereby requests your assistance in expediting the issues set out below.
