_.JUN-14-2000 10:11 IiJ.D.IJ.INC. H.LJ
1. R.W.Q.C.B. raised the issue of a polishing pond. When Mr. Ilendland
explained that his Bio-Pure system filter4d all effluent, by sand filtration,
thereby precluding the need for a polishing pond, R.W.Q.C.B. agreed b-ut
required a letter indicating S.j.C.H.D. concurrence. Please issue such letter if
appropriate.

2. Tim O'Brien, subordinate to Wendy Wyels, inquired if the waste water
installation met C.E.Q.U.A. guidelines. After discussing this issue with Mike
Huggins, I was under the impression that he, Mike, would respond to
R.W.Q.C.B. in the affirmative on the following basis:
The approved Planning Commission minutes for the tentative map included
Mike's statement that a waste water plant may be required.
After a personal and satisfactory long term relationship with 7H including
observation that the Bio-Pure system reduces effluent to under 10 M.G.L.,
Mike would recommend that C.E.Q.U.A. requirements are satisfied.
If additional information is required in this matter, please advise.

3. The applicant, (W.D.O., Inc.) stressed to,R.W.Q.C.B. the time constraints for
map recording relating to this project. Wendy Wyels offered to transmit a letter
to S.J.C.H.D. suggesting that once R.W.Q.C.B. has reviewed all requested
submittals and deemed the application Completed, S.J.C.I-I.D. should consider
approvals for map recording.
Please respond with any questions you may have so that we can proceed to
conclude this application.
Sincerely,,
L.
W.
