MacArthur Dr., Tracy <br />This letter is in reply to your letter dated September 23, 1999 requesting removal of Conditions <br />"H" and "I". A copy of the NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF WASTE DISCHARGE <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR TRIPLE E PRODUCE CORPORATION ESFRESH PRODUCE <br />CORPORATION SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 99-123 <br />for the above named discharger as adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board, Central Valley Region, was provided with your letter. <br />Item #2 states the previous Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs), Order No. 90-142 <br />adopted by the Board on May 25, 1990 was in adequate for regulating discharges as <br />wastewater treatment and disposal practices have changed since issuance of the existing <br />WDRs. <br />Item #22 states land use in the area of the Triple E and Esfresh facilities is for farming. This <br />is incorrect when this property becomes residential. <br />No Chloroform testing results were given. <br />Order No. 90-142 was rescinded only in order to replace it with Order No. 99-123 <br />Therefore this Division cannot support the removal of these conditions.
