The plan will initially be submitted as a <br />"Draft Work Plan" for review and comments by the staff of the <br />RWQCB. After discussions the plan will be finalized for <br />implementation. <br />The MARK Group has already initiated activities in all of the above <br />tasks and plans to submit the Draft Work Plan on March 26, 1986. <br />-11-
