ATC Diesel Performance, Inc. <br />Proposal for Limited Phase II ESA <br />May 25, 2017 <br />Page 3 <br />oxygenates by EPA Methods 8015M and 8260B and total extractable petroleum hydrocarbons by <br />EPA Method 8015. <br />Sampling points will be grouted to the surface and finished to meet existing surface conditions <br />once sampling is complete. <br />3.4. LABORATORY ANALYSIS <br />ATC only uses ELAP accredited laboratories to perform analyses of the collected samples. <br />Laboratory Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures, sample preservation, <br />apparatus required, and analyses performed will be per USEPA specifications. <br />The samples will be collected, preserved, and delivered to the analytical laboratory using standard <br />chain-of-custody procedures. A standard turnaround time of 7-10 business days will be requested. <br />The analysis of each type of sample was identified in the respective section above. <br />This cost estimate reflects the standard turnaround time for laboratory sample analysis of 7-10 <br />business days. Accelerated laboratory results can be acquired at an additional cost. <br />3.5. LIMITED PHASE II REPORT PREPARATION <br />A written report documenting the completed field activities, analytical results, findings, conclusions <br />and recommendations, if necessary, will be prepared upon completion of the fieldwork and receipt <br />of the analytical reports. Analytical data results will be compared to applicable Environmental <br />Screening Levels (ESLs) for soil. The report will include summary tables of detected laboratory <br />parameters, a boring location map, field notes, and copies of the analytical laboratory reports. <br />4.0 SCHEDULE <br />ATC is prepared to begin work on this project upon receipt of the Client Services Agreement <br />(pending permit approval and subcontractor availability). The Limited Phase II ESA report is <br />anticipated to be completed within 4 weeks of authorization. <br />5.0 FEE ESTIMATE <br />Additional investigations/impact delineation, remediation activities, or regulatory <br />reporting/compliance not described in this scope of work may require a separate proposal and
