D <br />7 <br />SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY (Contact: [209] 831-6707) <br />a. Prior to construction, applicant shall submit construction documents to the South San Joaquin <br />County Fire Authority for review and approval. <br />1. Construction documents shall be designed to the current edition of the California Code of <br />Regulations, Title 24, as amended by the City of Tracy Municipal Code. <br />2. Deferred submittals shall be listed on the coversheet of each page. Each deferred submittal <br />shall be submitted, reviewed and approved by SSJCFA prior to installation. <br />3. Fire protection water supply must be submitted separately from construction permit. All piping <br />and installation shall be in accordance with CFC §507 & NFPA standards. Approval of grading <br />and/or on-site improvements does not grant installation of underground fire service. <br />4. Fire department connections <br />standards. A hydrant shall be <br />§6.4.5.4. Additional comments may occur upon submittal of construction documents. <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT (Contact: [209] 982-0120) <br />aI <br />Applicant must incorporate mosquito prevention best management practices for the design, <br />consfiruction, operations, and maintenance of the proposed stormwater pond. <br />SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (Contact: [559] 230-5937) <br />a. Applicant shall comply with Mitigation Measures provided by the District: <br />1. For each project phase, within 30 -days of issuance of the first certificate of occupancy, if <br />applicable, submit to the District a summary report of the construction start, and end dates, and <br />the date of issuance of the first certificate of occupancy. Otherwise, submit to the District a <br />summary report of the construction start and end dates within 30 -days of the end of each phase <br />of construction. <br />2. For each project phase, all records shall be maintained on-site during construction and for a <br />period of ten years following either the end of construction or the issuance of the first certificate <br />of occupancy, whichever is later.
