(Arcadis) on behalf of Glenn Springs Holdings (GSH) for the subject property. The Addendum has been prepared to modify the well destruction methodology proposed in the Workplan. Per our discussions, the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department (SJEHD) will require that the wells be blasted and grouted. Attachment A of the Addendum includes the blasting plan for each well and the blasting contractor licensing information. Please also see the revised permit application.
