Durham Ferry Road, Tracy, CA 95376 <br />Dear Mr. Kith: <br />As a follow up to our phone conversation on Friday, September 8, 2017, the following <br />information is further explained or enclosed: <br />Copies of the Boring Logs for all the wells we are destroying are enclosed with the <br />exception of the six (6) YEW wells (VEW-1 through VEW-6). Boring Logs were not <br />done for these shallow vapor extraction wells. <br />A separate Well Destruction Permit for MW-4 (Cal Trans ROW Permit) and associated <br />fee of $152.00 was mailed to you on September 13, 2017. A copy is enclosed for your <br />reference. <br />A copy of the Access Agreement for 1697 W. Durham Ferry Road is enclosed. <br />On September 8, 2017 an encroachment permit to destroy MW-4 was sent to Cal Trans <br />and an encroachment permit to destroy OW-1 was sent to San Joaquin Public Works <br />Department. Copies of the approved permits will be emailed to you upon receipt. <br />As stated on page 2 of the Well Destruction & Waste Removal Work Plan under the <br />paragraph heading "Pressure Grout", we recommend pressure grouting nineteen (19) <br />wells. As shown in Table 1, the nineteen (19) wells we are requesting to pressure grout <br />are highlighted in red. <br />As stated on page 2 of the Well Destruction & Waste Removal Work Plan under the <br />paragraph heading "Drill Out", we recommend completely drilling out the contents of <br />fifteen (15) wells. As shown in Table 1, the fifteen (15) wells we are requesting to drill <br />out are highlighted in green.
