The site is storing approximately 100 universal waste fluorescent tubes in an open box. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66273.35 Accumulation Time Limits <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Since it could not be demonstrated how long this UW was stored on site, immediately <br /> dispose of this UW in accordance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement, the disposal record and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine and complaint C001JBAHI inspection. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on May 28, 2021 and replaces the initial checklist.
