Flammable (Flash Point <140 °F) <br />Gasoline <br />Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br />Physical Hazards <br />Task(s) Hazard Mitigation Measure <br />1 Traffic (pedestrian) Pedestrian traffic will be routed away from work zones <br />using traffic cones. Bright orange or yellow safety vests <br />will be worn by crew members working on-site. <br />1 Trip and Fall The work will mostly be conducted on concrete. Trip and <br />fall hazards will be at a minimum. All personnel are to be <br />made aware of possible hazards and work practices that <br />minimize trip and fall risk. <br />1 Dust The work will mostly be conducted on concrete however <br />there will be exposure to the Site's soil during boring. The <br />dust hazard will be mitigated by notifying all personnel to <br />mitigate inhaling dust. <br />Fire and Explosion Hazards <br />Dry chemical fire extinguishers, Class A, B, and C, are stored in all GZA vehicles. <br />PAGE 4
