Level D includes: <br />Steel toed boots <br />Hard Hat <br />LI Safety Glasses <br />LI Hearing Protection <br />LI Nitrile Gloves <br />For each task on this project identify additional protective garments as required and note the conditions under which the <br />level of PPE would be modified for each task. <br />Task(s) Condition Personnel Garment(s) <br />1 Working on-site All Orange/Bright Yellow Vests <br />SITE CONTROL AND COMMUNICATIONS <br />The buddy system must be used on all GZA hazardous waste sites. <br />Work Zones will be marked as follows: Cones, barricades and/or caution tape will be used to mark off <br />exterior work zones. <br />MARK WORK ZONES ON SITE MAP 11 CHECK WHEN DONE. <br />On-site communications: II Radio X Verbal LI Hand Signals E Other <br />PAGE 6
