The drums are to be secured daily before personnel leave the site as well as secured and properly labeled upon <br />the completion of the investigation activities. <br />Location of Wash Water: At Site <br />Location of Toilet: At Site <br />Location of Drinking Water: Brought to Site <br />Equipment Decontamination Procedure: Equipment will be washed with an Alconox® solution and/or <br />steam cleaned. <br />Materials to be disposed of as Hazardous Waste: All soil generated during the scope of work will be stored in a <br />DOT approved 55-gallon steel drum until a disposal profile is <br />completed. <br />PAGE 7
