REPORT PREPARATION
Ninyo & Moore will prepare a Site assessment report that will include a description of sampling
methodology, sample analytical results and conclusions and recommendations. The report will
contain tabulated data from the assessment, a map showing the soil boring locations, soil borings
logs, groundwater sampling datasheets, and laboratory analytical reports.
Based on Site background information and the information gathered during our site assessment
activities, Ninyo & Moore will summarize the findings of the Site Assessment and make
recommendations for the Site. Depending on the findings of the assessment, recommendations
could include no further investigation, additional investigation including the installation and sampling
of groundwater monitoring wells, and/or the preparation of a draft conceptual site model (CSM) for
the Site.
Schedule
Ninyo & Moore will schedule the field assessment activities following the RWQCB's review and
approval of this Work Plan. We anticipate requiring between 2 and 3 weeks to obtain a County permit
and schedule the driller. The report documenting the assessment findings will be submitted to the
RWQCB within two weeks following receipt of the final analytical laboratory reports.
Sincerely,
NINYO & MOORE
Forrest McFarland, PG ris M.
