BASES FOR ZONE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> PA-2100064,65(GP,ZR) <br /> STOCKTONIANS TO NEUTRALIZE DRUGS <br /> Development Title Section 9-812.4 states that prior to approving an application for a Zone Reclassification, <br /> the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors shall determine that all of the following are true: <br /> 1. The proposed zone is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plans, and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan; <br /> The proposed R-L (Low Density Residential) zone is an implementing zone for the R/L (Low <br /> Density Residential)General Plan Designation.There are no applicable Master Plans or Specific <br /> Plans in the vicinity. <br /> 2. The proposed zone district is reasonable and beneficial at the time. <br /> The proposed Zone Reclassification is reasonable and beneficial at this time because public <br /> water,sewer,and storm drainage services are available at this site.The provisions for full public <br /> services are a requirement of General Plan and Zone Reclassification applications.Additionally <br /> approving the zone reclassification will result in development of single-family residences which <br /> is a by-right permitted use in the R-L (Low Density Residential) zone. <br /> PA-2100064, 65 (GP, ZR)— Bases for Zone Reclassification 1 <br />
