0 <br /> -2- <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of <br /> Supervisors hereby places the following requirements on the SWCEF <br /> in addition to the requirements set forth in Resolution R-89-695: <br /> 1. The County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works is <br /> directed to produce an annual report for transmittal to the <br /> CIWMB, containing the following information concerning the <br /> landfills operated or controlled by the County: <br /> (a) As appropriate, a revised closure cost estimate, <br /> prepared as specified by Section 18263 of the <br /> Regulations. <br /> (b) As appropriate, a revised postclosure maintenance cost <br /> estimate, prepared as specified by Section 18266 of the <br /> Regulations. <br /> (c) Status , including current balance of the SWCEF. <br /> (d) The number of current members of the County of San <br /> Joaquin Board of Supervisors who voted affirmatively <br /> when the Resolution creating the SWCEF was adopted or <br /> last reaffirmed. <br /> 2. The Board of Supervisors of this County shall consider the <br /> Resolutions associated with the SWCEF whenever the number of <br /> then current members of this Board who voted affirmatively <br /> when those Resolutions were adopted or last reaffirmed is <br /> less than a majority of the total members. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Corral Hollow Sanitary <br /> Landfill sub-budget unit is added to the SWCEF and that revenue <br /> for the closure and/or postclosure of this Landfill shall be <br /> deposited into the SWCEF in conformance with the Regulations. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this SEP 2 5 1990 by <br /> the following vote of the Board of Supervisors , to wit: <br /> AYES: BARBER, COSTA,SOUSA, SIMAS,WILHOIT <br /> NOES : NONE a <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> ATTEST: JORETTA J.
