surrounding the granular drainage material, and an operations
layer over the clay liner and dendritic network. There appears to
be a discrepancy between the liner system described in the FEIR
and the liner system described RDSI, a natural clay liner will
replace the synthetic liner, this constitutes a change in design.
The RDSI should reflect what is in the FEIR. Staff requests that
further documentation be provided to: a) revise the project
description in the FEIR to reflect the reduction in acreage; in
the form of a statement to be prepared by the Lead Agency, and b)
describe the LCRS, incorporating the clay liner as described in
the FEIR.
4ohn D,
.
