The Initial <br /> Closure Cost Estimate was prepared strictly as a preliminary <br /> estimate that was to be updated each year according to AB 2448. <br /> The cost estimate contained in the Preliminary Closure and <br /> Postclosure Maintenance Plan should be considered more accurate <br /> since it is based on an actual Closure Plan. Each specific item <br /> of closure and postclosure is discussed in the Closure Plan and a <br /> cost estimate is made for each item.
