Our concerns that were listed <br /> in the September 7, 1990, letter to the Board have been <br /> sufficiently addressed in the revised plans. As a result, we <br /> hereby approve the revised closure/postclosure maintenance plans <br /> for the North County Landfill. <br /> Attached to this letter is a brief letter from San Joaquin County <br /> Public Works explaining the discrepancy between the closure cost <br /> estimate in the plans and the initial closure cost estimate <br /> submitted for compliance with AB 2448.
