t . <br /> z <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> Permit Decision No. 91 - 02 <br /> February 22 - 23, 1991 <br /> WHEREAS, the County of San Joaquin, acting as Local <br /> Enforcement Agency, has submitted to the Board for its review and <br /> concurrence in, or objection to, the issuance of a revised Solid <br /> Waste Facilities Permit for the North County Landfill; and <br /> WHEREAS, Board staff has evaluated this permit proposal <br /> for consistency with the standards adopted by the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds that all State and local <br /> requirements for this proposed permit have been met, including <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and <br /> requirements for closure and postclosure maintenance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the California <br /> Integrated Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance of <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permit No. 39-AA-0022. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> The undersigned Chairman of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board does hereby certify that the foregoing is a <br /> full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly <br /> adopted at a meeting of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board held February 22 -23, 1991. <br /> Dated: FTFros <br /> Michael R. <br /> Chairman <br />
