Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 91-021, NORTH COUNTY SANITARY LANDFILL, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (CASE# 3161) <br /> Review of your monthly and quarterly monitoring reports submitted since the <br /> Fourth Quarter 1990 indicate significant improvement in providing tabular and <br /> graphical summaries. Review of your statements in these reports indicate that <br /> no significant changes in the levels of constituents of concern in the ground <br /> water beneath the landfill . We note that no statistical information was <br /> presented to confirm these statements and no attempt was made to address whether <br /> or not the data indicated that Drinking Water Standards or water quality goals <br /> had been exceeded. In the future, your discussion should address the above <br /> issues and state if your are complying with Monitoring and Reporting Program No. <br /> 91-021. <br /> We request that you make the following changes in meeting the requirements of <br /> your monitoring and reporting program: <br /> 1. Send only one copy of each report. <br /> 2. Send monthly WQPS data quarterly. <br /> 3. Utilize statistics in determining if there has been significant <br /> change -in wai.er qua i i ty data. <br /> 4.
