Chemical containers are not labeled, nor stored separately. <br />14. No pool operating instructions. <br />15. No manufacturers' instructions for the operation and maintenance for all mechanical and electrical <br />equipment and water treatment systems. <br />16. No pressure gauge for effluent (repeatedly cited). <br />17. No working telephone. <br />18. No equipment operating instructions, repair records, emergency contact numbers. <br />19. No repair records or incident reports. <br />20. No Life Guard Certificates posted. <br />21. No flow direction markings on piping. <br />22. Three of four pool lights have water inside of them. <br />23. Lack clear markers at shallow end for No Diving. <br />24. No markings on electrical equipment for identification or emergencies. <br />I write this to protect the safety and financial interests of all the homeowners in the association. It is my <br />opinion that the pools should not be allowed to open until they comply with all Pool Codes. Since there <br />are deficiencies that directly impact public safety, at a minimum those most important should be fixed <br />before opening for the season.
