Accompany the injured employee to the <br />medical facility whenever possible. <br />3 Employees with questions regarding symptoms and care options for minor work-related injuries can <br />speak to a medical professional for guidance and treatment options at AllOne Health (24-hour service): 1- <br />800-350-4511. <br />4 Make voice contact with your supervisor within 1 hour or less of the incident occurring. Leaving a <br />voicemail does not count. <br />5 If you cannot contact your supervisor, contact the HSSE Manager or HSSE Advisor for your region. <br />6 When an employee is guided by AllOne Health to obtain medical assistance, or the employee <br />requests medical attention for a non-life threatening injury, and after alerting the supervisor; the employee <br />must immediately call Melissa Helton, Stantec's US WC Claims Coordinator at 513-720- 3706 for assistance. <br />7 In most cases AOH will provide guidance about which clinic is available and provide directions. <br />Some job sites already have prescribed clinics such as US Healthworks. Follow-up with signatures when <br />possible. <br />Complete the balance of the RMS3 within 5 business days, including signatures. Include <br />information and corrective actions determined during the investigation/ Incident Causation <br />Analysis (ICA), as coordinated by HSSE Advisor and/or HSSE Manager. <br />Other protocols dictated by a client or project agreement, or internal practice may also <br />need to be completed. <br />Stantec <br />11
