Hazardous waste and materials (chemicals such as acids, <br />bases and solvents) that are currently stored within the existing warehouse building <br />would be relocated to the storage containers for better security; located on the north side <br />of Lindbergh Street, 557 feet west of Fifth Street, Stockton. (Supervisorial District 1) <br />OWNER: San Joaquin County APPLICANT: Barry Renn <br />APN: 177-260-34 ADDRESS: 6800 S. Lindbergh Street, Stockton <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br />Hazard Area designated as Zone AO. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 1-foot NAVO <br />1988. <br />The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPOES). <br />Arch-Airport Road has an existing and planned right-of-way per City of Stockton. <br />Lindbergh Street has an existing and planned right-of-way per the Stockton Metropolitan Airport. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br />at the time of building permit application.
