-2- <br />PA-2100075 (IP) <br />2) The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br />payable prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. The fee will be based on the current schedule <br />at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br />3) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br />Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link fence or <br />equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity <br />shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to <br />release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br />4) All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure or tanks in the area of <br />special flood hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in accordance to San Joaquin County <br />Ordinance Code Section 9-1605.12 (a), (b) and (c). <br />AC:CH
