The landfill accepts municipal solid waste(MSW)and construction debris. The on <br /> site transfer station accepts MSW from the pubic as well as household hazardous waste. CRTs are shrink-wrapped and palletized.The <br /> facility is located eight miles east of the City of Lodi and is used predominantly to serve northern San Joaquin County. The land <br /> surrounding the facility is agricultural and industrial. The area fill method is used. Native soil is used as daily cover. San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works operates the landfill. <br /> Previous Inspection Results: <br /> The previous State inspection of this facility was conducted on February 16,2001. An Area of Concern for Daily Cover was noted as part <br /> of Title 27,California Code of Regulations(27 CCR),Division 2,Subdivision 1,CIWMB Regulations for Treatment, Storage,Processing <br /> or Disposal of Solid Waste. <br /> Inspection Results: <br /> CIWMB staff conducted the 18-month inspection pursuant to 30 Public Resources Code(30 PRC),Section 43220.
