Response plan <br /> needs to have EHD on Notification List. <br /> 6-July-2001 Rodney There is apparent day lighting at the active <br /> Estrada fill resulting from heavy equipment use. <br /> Cover exposed areas with fresh <br /> compacted cover. <br /> 27-Oct-2001 Rodney Minor day lighting of refuse at active <br /> Estrada face-previously covered. Cover exposed <br /> areas with fresh compacted soil. <br /> 17-Dec-2001 Rodney Title 27, §20820 Drainage/Erosion Control: There is <br /> Estrada continued erosion of regraded slopes- <br /> including exposed refuse, where plastic <br /> sheeting and sand bags are placed after <br /> recent precipitation. Cover/fill and <br /> compact areas of erosion—to include <br /> increased drainage control measures such <br /> as placement of hay bales, drainage <br /> culverts,hydro seeding. <br /> 18-Jan-2002 Lisa Medina Erosion on north and west-facing sides of <br /> regraded slopes observed. Cover/fill and <br /> compact area of erosion. No leachate <br /> seeps noted upon inspection. However, <br /> evident of leachate seeps observed on <br /> west side of site. Discussion with Marcus <br /> confirmed leachate seeps being pumped <br /> and collected in tank. No evidence of <br /> runoff to drainage areas observed. <br /> Increase drainage and erosion control <br /> measures. <br />
