The landfill property and surrounding area are designated as <br />General Agriculture in the San Joaquin County General Plan and are zoned for General Agriculture (G/A) <br />with 40 -acre minimum parcel size (AG -40). Sensitive receptors in the vicinity of the landfill facility <br />comprise a residence located on the landfill property and five rural residences within 1.0 mile of the <br />permitted landfill footprint. <br />A Class III Waste Management Unit, NCRC&SL accepts non -hazardous solid waste including mixed <br />municipal wastes (agricultural, residential, commercial, and industrial wastes); construction and <br />demolition debris; yard waste; tires; household hazardous waste and wood waste.
