1 IN <br />The report says "this is not t` correct procedure for handling ste which may be <br />hazardous waste". From what I understand sulfur dust is not regulated as a hazardous <br />waste. According to CERCLA it is not subject to any special reporting and is not <br />regulated by them. RCRA says it is not subject to reporting because sulfur is not <br />identified as a hazardous waste. DOT hazard class is listed as not regulated. <br />Thanks, Jack. <br />
