The landfill accepts municipal solid waste(MSW), green waste <br /> and construction debris. An on site transfer station accepts MSW from the pubic as well as household <br /> hazardous waste,tires and cathode ray tubes(CRTs). The CRTs are shrink-wrapped and palletized. <br /> Used tires are stored in a truck trailer on site. The facility is located eight miles east of the City of Lodi <br /> and is used predominantly to serve northern San Joaquin County. The land surrounding the facility is <br /> agricultural. <br /> PREVIOUS CIWMB INSPECTION RESULTS: <br /> The previous State inspection of this facility was conducted on August 5, 2005. The inspection <br /> identified two violations of Public Resources Code, Division 30,Part 4, Chapter 3 for Section 44004— <br /> Significant Change and Section 44014(b)—Terms and Conditions of the Permit. There were three areas <br /> of concern and one violation of Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Consolidated Regulations for <br /> Treatment, Storage, Processing, or Disposal of Solid Waste for Section 20680—Daily Cover, Section <br /> 20700—Intermediate Cover and Section 20760—Nuisance Control and one violation for Section <br /> 20919.5—Explosive Gas Control. <br /> Supervisor Page 1 of 4 Inspector <br />
