Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> INSPECTION REPORT, NORTH COUNTY RECYCLING CENTER AND SANITARY <br /> LANDFILL, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> The Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Water Board) staff conducted a site <br /> inspection on 26 April 2007 for the purpose of observing the exposure and removal of a <br /> portion of the liner system near the eastern landfill boundary of Module 3. San Joaquin <br /> County Public Works conducted this activity to acquire sections of the filter fabric and geonet <br /> for laboratory testing. Samples were acquired and the exposed liner system repaired in <br /> accordance with the letter work plan submitted by San Joaquin County Public Works prior to <br /> the activities performed. <br /> Please review the attached Inspection Report.
