SAN JOA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> CvOU1T `f <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Ross Roberts Truck Repair Inc 641 S Harrison St Stockton May 20 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 507 CCR 66265.195 Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous waste tank system and maintain records onsite. <br /> OBSERVATION: IMG-0142, IMG-0143: The facility has an used oil tank, and a waste antifreeze tank, but does not <br /> have three years of complete daily tank inspection records. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> (a)The owner or operator shall inspect, where present, at least once each operating day: <br /> (1)overfill/spill control equipment (e.g., waste-feed cutoff systems, bypass systems, and drainage systems)to ensure <br /> that it is in good working order; <br /> (2)the aboveground portions of the tank system, if any, to detect corrosion or releases of waste; <br /> (3)data gathered from monitoring equipment and leak-detection equipment, (e.g., pressure and temperature gauges, <br /> monitoring wells)to ensure that the tank system is being operated according to its design; <br /> (4)the construction materials and the area immediately surrounding the externally accessible portion of the tank <br /> system including secondary containment structures (e.g., dikes)to detect erosion or signs of releases of hazardous <br /> waste (e.g., wet spots, dead vegetation); and <br /> (5)for uncovered tanks, the level of waste in the tank, to ensure compliance with section 66265.194(b)(3). <br /> (c)The owner or operator shall document in the operating record of the facility an inspection of those items in <br /> subsection (a) of this section. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately start conducting and documenting complete daily hazardous waste tank <br /> inspections.
