SAN JOA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> CvOU1T `f <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Ross Roberts Truck Repair Inc 641 S Harrison St Stockton May 20 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 90 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> 1) IMG_0147: One 55 gallon black drum was found on near the wash bay, only labeled zerex. Dan Payne stated it <br /> was waste antifreeze. <br /> 2) IMG_0150: Three 55 gallon drums of waste diesel was found on the south east area of the lot. Dan Payne stated <br /> the three drums contained diesel. Two drums were labeled "Disel". <br /> 3) IMG_0154, IMG_0155: Two 55 gallon drums labeled "used absorbents" "hazardous waste"were found on the south <br /> east area of the lot. One drum had an accumulation start date of 4/8/2020. <br /> 4) IMG_0159: Four 55 gallon drums of waste diesel fuel were found on the west side of the shop. Two drums had <br /> hazardous waste labels with no accumulation start dates. Two drums were not labeled. <br /> 5) IMG_0164: Three 55 gallon drums of waste diesel were found in the oil filter storage area. One drum was marked <br /> "Warning Diesel Be careful Diesel" <br /> 6) IMG_0171: Two red 55 gallon drums of waste "charge global" antifreeze was found near the south side wall, near the <br /> red shipping container. No hazardous waste label could be observed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> (a) a generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days or less <br /> (b)The beginning of the 90 day period is determined as follows: <br /> (1) if the generator does not generate more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely <br /> hazardous waste (listed in section 66261.33(e))or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar <br /> month, the 90 day period begins on the date the generator has accumulated 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one <br /> kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste; <br /> (2) if the generator generates more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous <br /> waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month, the 90-day period begins on the first <br /> date on which any amount of hazardous waste begins to accumulate during that month. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 90 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
