By operating as an SQHUW of Universal Waste, Sierra Chemical Co. must comply with the regulations set forth in 22 CCR Division 4.5 and 40 CFR section 261: • Store universal waste in containers or packages that are structurally sound and adequate to prevent breakage; • Select containers compatible with the universal waste; • Ensure containers are closed except when adding or removing waste; Prepared By: Issue date: Replaces: Page: ACT Environmental Services, Inc.
