The planned locations of the residence and <br />new septic system are depicted in Figure 2. No additional development is proposed for <br />the property. <br />1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br />San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 101 Page 28 depicts the site parcel (APN 101- <br />280-010) in the northwestern portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north <br />(101-070-160), west (101-200-030), south (101-280-060 and 101-280-050), and east <br />(101-280-020) by single-family residential properties. The west side of the property is <br />bordered by White Lane and the south side of the property is bordered by Garnica Court. <br />The parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br />1.4. SITE MAP <br />A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br />trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br />2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br />The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been since 1989. <br />The current residential dwelling was erected on the property in 1989. Prior to residential <br />development, the property may have been used for light agricultural purposes. The <br />property is situated approximately 2.0 -miles east of the city of Stockton in the north - <br />central portion of San Joaquin County, California. <br />2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br />Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water <br />well. The well is over 100 feet away from the existing septic system. The proposed septic <br />system will be installed over 100 feet away from the onsite domestic water well and all <br />surrounding water wells (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new septic <br />system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br />3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br />The existing septic system includes a residential system located to the west of the existing <br />residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is permitted for a four-bedroom house <br />and utilized 365 days a year by the existing four-bedroom house. The existing septic <br />
