Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 22, 2021 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1975 W LOWELL AVE, TRACY <br /> Facility Name: <br /> TRACY USD - SERVICE CENTER <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, Anthony Flores stated that hand sanitizers have been donated to the school <br />district since the COVID-19 pandemic started. The business has not updated the chemical inventory to include the <br />new shipments of hand sanitizer within 30 days. Several other materials were found on site that have not been <br />reported on the inventory such as parts cleaner and the Hillyard Suprox-D. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> - A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> - Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> - A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
