OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years during the inspection. Manifest 019364092JJK(12/6/2018)was not on site during the inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by locating the manifest on the Department of Toxic Substances Control hazardous waste tracking system. No further action is required to correct this violation. This is a Class II violation.
