I did not find <br />any new permits taken out. Printed out a Parcel Viewer image. <br />Visited the property for a complaint investigation. The front gate was open and two <br />cars were parked in front of the home. I knocked on the door and no one <br />answered. I left my business card on the door. <br />Got a call from the complainant stating that she saw my business card. I asked <br />her if the issues were still on going and she said yes. I told her that I would meet <br />her at the property at 1400. <br />Visited the property to meet with the complainants. They showed me the <br />unfinished bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The rooms were being remodeled as <br />they tested positive for asbestos. I posted the home with a notice to abate to have <br />the rooms finished by 3/7/20. As I was leaving I ran into the owner Robert <br />Gonzales affirigia He stated that he plans on having the home finished <br />before the time given. He gave me the number of the construction company doing <br />the workeiliMMINWP I told him that I would give them a call to get a <br />time frame. <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />01/15/2020 Created a complaint letter for the substandard conditions.
