ROBERT & ALICE GONZALES 4336 E 4TH ST STOCKTON CA 95205 03/12/2020 The tenants came in to get a copy of the notice to bring to fair housing. I made one SUSZYCKI and gave it to them. I then filled out a public records release form and turned it into Laura. 03/24/2020 Looked up the permits on Permits Plus and say that they are still not finalized. SUSZYCKI Called and they gave me the contractoi 111111.11.1111111, tTtne that they had a final inspection but they were missing twöscriffiIie shower valve and had to schedule another. Shawn said they have not been able to schedule a new inspection the tenants are being evicted and do not want to cooperate. I told ,hat I would just give the owner more time then as I am unable to conduct inspections at the moment due to COVID-19. 05/20/2020 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the permit on permits plus. It still has not SUSZYCKI been finalized. 06/04/2020 Looked up the parcel on permits plus and saw that the permit is still not finalized. SUSZYCKI Called the owner Robert and asked him what is taking so long. He stated that the tenants are not being cooperative and they are waiting on the courts to open up so they can follow through with the eviction process. I told Robert to keep me updated. 08/17/2020 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. The permit SUSZYCKI for the repairs and renovations to the home after the asbestos remediation have yet to be finaled. 09/16/2020 Looked up the property on Permits Plus and saw that the permit was still not SUSZYCKI finaled. Called the owner and he told me that the tenants will not leave and that they will not allow for him to do any work on the home to get the permit finaled. Due to the hold on evictions because of COVID, I told the owner to just give me a call whenever he is able to get in to have permit signed off on. 01/26/2021 Went by the property to see if I could make contact with the tenants. The gate was SUSZYCKI shut. I will try again in the future. 06/10/2021 All issues have been corrected other then the permit for repairs being finaled. The SUSZYCKI permit is waiting on a correct gasket for the shower. The tenants will not let the owner correct the issue to get the permit finaled due to a pending lawsuit. Discussed the issue with Scott. As there are no health and safety concerns will abate the complaint. Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. 5105 rpt Page 2 of 2
