ALANIZ <br />Completed narrative and discussed with Garrett Backus, lead senior. <br />Sent overtime to Melissa Nissim, program coordinator to approve. <br />04/06/2021 Called City of Stockton Public Works at 209-937-8341 and spoke with Marion BAKER <br />regarding the clean-up. She said she spoke to the Community Enhancement <br />supervisor and that the car is still there and leaking so the sand has not been <br />cleaned up yet. They are going to cite the owner and try and have the car towed. <br />04/22 /2 021 Called City of Stockton Public Works at 209-937-8341 for an update. This was BAKER <br />transferred to Code Enforcement so the owner of the car takes care of it. <br />Called Code Enforcement at 209-937-8813 and they said Traffic would be <br />handling that complaint. <br />Called Traffic at 209-937-8354 and was placed on hold for quite a bit of time. Will <br />call back later. <br />05/20/2021 Went to site to verify if absorbent has been cleaned up with Carol Presto (EHS). BAKER <br />Damaged vehicle has been removed but absorbent is still in the street. A van was <br />parked on top of the absorbent. Left site. <br />05/25/2021 Completed photo log. BAKER <br />Called Stockton Police Department Traffic at 209-937-8354 regarding car owner <br />information for clean-up. The car is registered out of Manteca so they do not have <br />an address for the owner. <br />Called Manteca Police Department at 209-456-8100 and they said that they <br />cannot give out registration information. <br />LB-changed from chargeable (544) to non-chargeable (007) <br />06/02/2021 Called City of Stockton Public Works at 209-937-8341 and spoke with Marian. Let BAKER <br />her know that the leaking car is no longer there but the oily sand was left. She <br />said she would put in a service request to have the sand picked up. Waste will be <br />taken to yard at 1465 S. Lincoln Street in Stockton. Facility has remote <br />consolidation. <br />06/08/2021 Went to site to verify clean-up is complete. Clean-up is completed. BAKER <br />06/08/2021 Disposal record for waste generated (5 gallon bucket of oily sand) will be verified BAKER <br />on next routine hazardous waste inspection for PR0513893. <br />Completed photo log. <br />Changed daily to non-chargeable on 5/25/21. Chargeable service code was used <br />in error. Complaint was not charged because the responsible party is unknown. <br />Abated complaint as 01-Field Response.
