He was asking about a department that would help with SANGALANG Human Rights. I told him that EHD deals with health and safety and started to reference his complaint that he had submitted. While I was talking we were disconnected. I called him back immediately but it kept ringing and then went to voice mail. I left a message saying to call back as I was requesting more information about a possible non-permitted labor camp. 03/29/2021 Aldara called complainant. They said that property owner had locked the restrooms so they did not have access any more and that they had closed the shed that had a fridge in it. They said that they did not have the property owner's contact info. Said that the damage to the RV could be repaired and that the roaches could be taken care of but their main concern was the lack of access to any restrooms. Aldara let them know that if we did any inspection today then they would be red tagged and need to vacate the property. She let the complainant know that a letter will be mailed out to the owner and that if the owner does not respond within a week then EHD will call the complainant again. 03/29/2021 C00053488 Dana and I called the complainant Jimmy for the unpermitted employee housing yesterday. He stated that the owner is letting him and four more people stay for work. He hasn't been working and stated that the owner does not give them access to a restroom. I told him we would have to red tag it. He said that the rv is not falling apart it's just a few things here and there and that he is sleeping in a tent. I said that we will mail a letter to the owner to make him aware of the violations. I told him I was going to call Scott to ask him if we could mail a letter first to the owner. Then he called me again, I told him I haven't call Scott, he asked me to remove the complain, I told him I couldn't. So I told him that we were going to mail a letter to the owner to correct the violations (giving the owner a week to get back to us since he didn't wanted to give me his number, claimed he did not have it) I explained that if there was surfacing sewage and connections to power, we will have to red tag it.
