She said that if there is no response from the owner within 1 week or so to do a field inspection Placed notice on shelf along with complaint to mail out. 04/09/2021 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED RECREATIONAL BALLWAHN VEHICLE VIOLATIONS DATED 03/31/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER MICHAEL R MORENO TR 17417 N HILLSIDE DR LODI CA 95240 04/12/2021 Field inspection with Aldara S. Property was gated and locked. Rang doorbell on AFONSKAIA gate. No answer. Drove around outskirts of property. Observed RV behind house, unable to determine if it was the one from the complaint license number was NF6338. Aldara said there appeared to be electrical connections. No one answered when we called out. Posted RV letter on front gate. 04/12/2021 Spoke with complainant about doing a field inspection today. He said that it was AFONSKAIA not possible as they were out in the field all day. They said that the owner had allowed them to use the bathroom again and that the RV damage was minor and that they had just exaggerated when they made the complaint. They wanted to close the complaint. I asked if they had a number I could reach the owner at and they said they did not. I let them know that I would need to speak with my supervisor to see what should be done next. 04/19/2021 Received call from owner stating that his brother is living on the property in the AFONSKAIA trailer that his sister owns that has not been registered for years. Owner said that he is trying to get them off the property. Said that they not have any connections. They go to the gas station to use the restroom sometimes and sometimes get electrical from the ag well but mostly they do not have any connections to the RV. Stated that the trailer is in a pole barn on the property. Said that the condition of the trailer is not that bad, only missing a portion in the back and there may be some mold. Said that there should not be any roaches. Said that his brother does not work for him. Owner said that he was going to give them a week or so to move off the property. I let him know that EHD will need to do a field inspection at some point but if there are not connections and RV is not in poor condition there is nothing EHD can do. He understood and said he'll give a call in about two weeks to give an update. 06/18/2021 Called owner and left message requesting update about occupied RV. AFONSKAIA 06/21/2021 Received voicemail from owner saying that trailer was no longer occupied and that AFONSKAIA all connections to it had been disconnected. Called owner back and let them know in order to verify that complaint had been resolved either I will need to go on-site and take a look or they could send pictures. Owner said they would send pictures later today/tomorrow. 06/22/2021 Received pictures from owner showing that trailer has no connections, the sewage AFONSKAIA port was capped, and there was no one occupying it. Owner called me I told him I got his pictures and I will go ahead and close the complaint. Completed PL and abated complaint. 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2
