On-site water infrastructure improvement plans shall be prepared by the Applicant in accordance with District standards and are subject to the District's review and approval. On-site construction of water facilities serving only the Applicant's property is the Applicant's responsibility and shall be subject to inspection, approval and acceptance by the District. The Applicant shall obtain a District Facilities Construction Permit for the installation of the on-site facilities and for all interties to District facilities. Wastewater Service The District is willing to serve the subject Project and Property with Wastewater Service based normal use and on the proposed land use and in conformance with applicable District, local, county, state, and federal guidelines and requirements. Wastewater Service to the Project and Property shall also be in accordance with applicable City of Manteca wastewater service requirements.
