The Property is not listed on the <br />website. Listed sites within 1 mile of the Property are presented <br />in Section 2.3.1.2-1. <br /> <br />3.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> <br />3.1 METHODOLOGY <br /> <br />ENGEO conducted a reconnaissance of the Property on May 19, 2021. The reconnaissance was <br />performed by Eleni Korogianos, a Staff Engineer of ENGEO. The Property was viewed for <br />hazardous materials storage, superficial staining or discoloration, debris, stressed vegetation, or <br />other conditions that may be indicative of potential sources of soil or groundwater contamination. <br />The Property was also checked for evidence of fill/ventilation pipes, ground subsidence, or other <br />evidence of existing or preexisting underground storage tanks.
