• Whenever the plan is changed.: <br /> The training medium for this plan and any associated and/or relevant material will be presented <br /> during: <br /> • Monthly/Quarterly Safety Meetings <br /> We communicate the contents of this plan through a presentation delivered by supervisors <br /> followed by a demonstration and drill. <br /> The French Camp Yard performs drills for the following emergencies annually (minimum): <br /> • Fire/Earthquake <br /> • Evacuation <br /> After a drill, the Plan Administrator (or designate) evaluates the effectiveness of the plan and <br /> reviews any employee input concerning the drill. Employees performing the drill may identify <br /> issues or actions which may be ineffective or outside the scope of the plan which must be <br /> identified and addressed prior to an actual emergency. <br /> Emergency Equipment and Support <br /> Our company provides the following equipment and support for use by our trained personnel <br /> during emergencies: <br /> • Fire Extinguishers <br /> • First Aid Kits <br /> Appendices <br /> We have attached to this Emergency Action Plan, the following specific documents for reference to <br /> ensure a better understanding of our written program: <br /> • Appendix A: Location Evacuation Map <br /> • Appendix B: Fire Response Procedure <br /> • Appendix C: Earthquake Procedure <br /> • Appendix D: Hazardous Materials Release Procedure <br /> • Appendix E: Medical Emergency Procedure <br /> Page 17 <br />
