Requiring all equipment to have sound -control devices no less effective than those <br />provided on the original equipment (no equipment shall have an unmuffied exhaust). <br />2. Limiting use of multiple pieces of heavy equipment between the hours of 10:OOPM to <br />7:OOAM. <br />3. Avoiding use of heavy equipment in elevated landfill locations near the edge of the top of <br />slope during nighttime hours (10:11PM to 7:11AM). <br />4. Limiting use of multiple pieces of heavy equipment in elevated landfill location near the <br />edge of the tope of slope during daytime hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM). <br />5. Prohibiting use of back-up alarms by providing flaggers or non -audible warning devices <br />consistent with applicable safety regulations, between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 <br />AM. If heavy equipment is used at that time, a spotter will be used to ensure the safety of <br />workers in accordance with United States Government Occupational Safety and Health <br />Administration of Standard Interpretation 9/27/04. <br />6.
