-17 <br />Progress Schedule <br />North County Landfill and Foothill Landfill Soil Gas Well Project 2009 <br />25 Working Days and 5 Demobilization Days <br />Date Task <br />May 27 Preconstruction Meeting. <br />May 27 Apply for Well Permits. <br />June 19 Order gates, well enclosures, HDPE tubing, lab cock valves. <br />July 14 Call for Underground Service Alerts for all well locations. <br />July 15-16 Receive HDPE tubing, weights, well enclosures, fence posts, <br />gravel, toilet and storage container at North County and Foothill. <br />July 17 Mobilize two drill rigs to North County Landfill.* <br />.July 20- July 24 1Drill and install soil gas wells at North County Landfill. <br />July 20-31 Install well enclosures, bollards, cow barriers and fencing at North <br />County Landfill. <br />July 27 Mobilize two drill rigs to Foothill Landfill.* <br />.July 27 -August 11 Drill and install soil gas wells at Foothill Landfill. <br />August 3- 21 Install well enclosures, bollards, cow barriers, and fencing at <br />Foothill Landfill <br />August 24-28 Demobilize from North County and Foothill Landfills. <br />*Method of drilling and well construction is by hollow stem auger unless site conditions <br />warrant a different type of method. <br />
