Financial assurance demonstrations to the Executive Officer are required by <br /> 30 November 2010 and every five years thereafter. Evidence of the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board's acceptance of the Discharger's annual financial assurance <br /> demonstration to the CIWMB is also required under the MRP. <br /> Provision G.8 requires that the Discharger investigate certain landfill control/monitoring <br /> facilities, including all LCRS sumps, lysimeters, and inactive monitoring well G-2. A report as <br /> to the status of these facilities and proposed repairs and improvements necessary to comply <br /> with the WDRs is required by 31 March 2010. Manually operated LCRS sumps are required <br /> to be upgraded with automatic controls within two years of adoptions of this Order (Facility <br /> Specification CA), and all facilities are required to be maintained in good working order (MRP <br /> Section B). <br /> The monitoring and reporting program (MRP) in the WDRs requires semiannual surface and <br /> groundwater monitoring for representative parameters, and monitoring every five years for <br /> constituents of concern. The MRP also requires that the Discharger maintain coverage under <br /> the General Industrial Storm Water Permit. Provision G.12 requires that the Discharger <br /> submit an updated Water Quality Protection Standard report, including updated concentration <br /> limits for the Executive Officer's approval by 31 July 2012. <br /> The proposed WDRs and the Notice of Public Hearing (NOPH) are available on our website at <br /> www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board_decisions/tentative_orders. <br /> The NOPH contains important information about the public hearing process.
