1. Grading <br />The first lift of refuse in Module 5B is placed cover the lined area with 3% slope <br />to the south to direct storm water runoff of the cell and into the storm water pond. <br />This is an ongoing task expected to be completed by mid-November. <br />2. Drainage <br />Soil berms will be installed along the downslope edges of Module 5B to control <br />surface storm water runoff (Figure 1). Down drains will be installed at the end of <br />the soil berms to convey storm water down the slope and into the storm water <br />pond as needed. This task is expected to be completed by mid-November, <br />weather permitting. <br />3.
